May be you are having an illusion that our printer is connected to wireless network whereas in actual it is no longer connected to the network.

You can ensure the connection by printing the Wireless Network Test report. If

you cannot find any issue in the report then try checking from printer’s
homepage.

For this, type your printer’s IP address on the web browser and press enter, i f that opens printer’s home page then everything is perfect otherwise not. If this is not the reason then may be your printer and computer
are connected to different networks, thus you need to make sure that they both use same network.

Apart from this, sometimes security software also blocks the communication   be tween your printer and computer, try disabling the antivirus for some time. In case, if you are still having the same issue then please rely on an expert to suggest you a proper solution as there are many possibilities due to which you are not able to print anything. An expert can find out the exact cause and suggest you the best solution for it. For more information
