Nike and
Adidas Ultra Boost Cookies and Cream go all-in on soccer co-operation in the forthcoming World Cup in Russia
- Nike has collections on his way with Virgil Abloh and Kim Jones,
while Adidas has the answer again with collaborating with BAPE,
Neighborhood and possibly Goscha Rubchinskiy. Now it is also apparent
that the German brand has joined forces with KITH about a new exclusive
collection, after the designer behind, Ronnie Fieg has shared bills
online.
The collection will consist of the
Adidas Tubular Doom Shoes, Ace Ultra Boost and Copa Ultra Boost, both inspired by soccer boots,
but with a lifestyle-friendly twist in the form of an Ultra Boost
sole.The Ace Ultra Boost is covered in the same modern 'multicolor'
Primeknit upper which was found on Kith's Ultra Boost Mid, while Copa
has a more retro-inspired look with a leather overlay in gold and 'Three
Stripes' branding in the same colors as the American flag, Stars and
Stripes.
New Yeezy 2018 comes with a fully-matched game set, goalie sweater and a track suit that again features Gold and Stars and Stripes
details. Even though there are no pictures of it yet, Ace Ultra Boost
probably also comes with matching playing gear and tracksuit.There is
not yet official information about when the new World Cup cooperation
between Adidas and Kith will be released, but it is likely to coincide
with the opening campaign on June 14, where the new Off-White x Nike
Mercurial Zoom Fly also published.
