Sovetsky District of Minsk and Changning District of Shanghai have signed a framework cooperation agreement, representatives of the
Sovetsky District administration told BelTA. The ceremony took place as
the Chinese delegation visited Minsk on 11 September. The sides

Gu Honghui, head of the Changning District administration, invited representatives of the Sovetsky District administration to visit
Shanghai. Representatives of five Minsk companies also attended the

telecommunications equipment manufacturer OAO Promsvyaz has already
worked with Chinese partners such as ZTE and Huawei and is eager to find
