Solvents are an important part of liquid coatings. It is a volatile component during the drying process of the paint. The viscosity of the coating is also typically adjusted with a solvent. This solvent used to adjust the viscosity of the coating is referred to as a diluent. Solvents have a large impact on the manufacture, storage, application, film formation and film formation quality of the coating.
Paints for color corrugated steel sheets are generally classified into two categories according to their use: construction and home appliances. Architectural coatings are selected from epoxy resins, polyester resins, polyvinyl chloride plastisols, silicon modified polyesters, and polyvinylidene fluoride depending on the environment in which they are used.
