Classification of galvanized steel sheet

I. hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. Dip the sheet steel into the molten zinc bath to make the surface adhere to a layer of zinc. At present, the galvanized steel sheet is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, in which rolled steel sheet is continuously immersed in the melting zinc plating bath.
II. Electric galvanized steel plate. The galvanized steel sheet produced by electroplating has good workability. But the coating is relatively thin, corrosion resistance is not as hot-dip galvanized sheet.
III. Alloy galvanized steel plate. This kind of steel plate is made of hot dip method, but after the slot, it immediately heated to a temperature of about 500 ?, make its surface generation of zinc and iron alloy membrane. Good coating tightness and weldability.
IV. Alloy and composite galvanized steel sheet. It is a steel plate plated with zinc and other metals such as lead and zinc. This steel plate has excellent rust resistance and good coating performance.
V. Single-sided and double-sided galvanized steel. Single sided galvanized steel sheet is galvanized on only one side. It has better adaptability than a double-sided galvanized sheet in welding, coating, rust prevention, and processing. In order to overcome the single side without galvanized shortcomings, there is a thin layer of zinc coated on the other side of the galvanized sheet, which is double-sided difference galvanized sheet.
