Hi ! I am french student. Im preparing exams for business schools in France. This is really really hard. Im doing a lot of mathematics and history. Moreover its hard for me to stay concentrated long and im quite shy. I need to increase my concentration and memory capacities and I would like to try to erase the effects of my shyness (I need to be eloquent as much as possible). Actually i need help because im a new user of nootropics. This is for the long term, actually 2 years. Happy to join the community ! I have all these products :-phenylpiracetam-aniracetam-Noopept-Alpha GPC-Huperzine A-L-theanine-caffeine-Krill oil-lion's mane- Pyritinol-Ginkgo biloba-Bacopa monieriWhat to take for concentration, memory enhancement, social interactions, enhancement ? When ? How much ? If i feel weak, what product input to increase safely ?

Taurine if you dose it high is a nootropic, especially combined with low dosages of beta-alanine. Reishi mushroom is a really good one, it's like caffeine but without jitters or anxiety I can do mental gymnastics a lot longer when I take reishi. CBD seems to increase focus, high dosages of CBD is pretty the opposite. Right now I`m vaping pinus pinaster oil (a-pinene) and noticed improvement in memory and memory recall. Rhodiola is pretty good but can make you crash or cause a slight hangover. Cineole present in eucalyptus oil is nootropic becuase it improves blood flow in the brain.Ginkgo works but you have to take it for a while. Dosages 240 mg extract daily, anything below 240mg didn't work for me the higher the better. If you are a nutter like me you can grow those trees out of seed and plant shitloads of them everywhere. Ginkgo gives clearity and improved memory recall.Bacopa works but I had the best effects with fresh herbs, dried extract in capsules weren't nearly as strong and often had to take 5 times the regular dose. I grow them in bottle gardens but you can grow them in aquariums as well as fully aquatic, semi aquatic or like regular plants. Bacopa grows really fast in hot and bright temperatures so if you can get 3 or 4 cheap aquariums you got yourself a good supply. Growing them indoor as houseplants in the dry air of the living room doesn't work they definitely need high air humidity. Propagating them is easy as hell and you can root cuttings in a glass of water as long you refresh it 2x daily.Theanine is just glorious. I would take this stuff ALL DAY if it weren't so good damn expensive.Caffeine is overrated... Theobromine present in dark chocolate is better because it's a vasodilator and improves bloodflow. Caffeine is just a shit vasoconstrictor that I avoid.N-acetyl carnitine is studied right now and most people say it`s glorious. Evidence point out it does have nootropic affects but high dosages made me depressed.Niacinamide is nootropic and has a lot of other positive effecrs. It's very cheap as well, I take 500 mg 4 times a day.Sleep is a really good nootropic...if you have insomnia or fucked up sleep you can take everything you want and you will still be a zombie. Just google the stuff I wrote for example "reishi nootropic" go read experiences and forums. What you need to do is improve bloodflow to and in the brain. Target acetylcholine receptors and dopamine receptors those 2 are very crucial in cognition and memory recall. Check out https://nootropicboost.com/buy-best-nootropics/coluracetam/?
