Use a cross-over network cable. There are lots of youtube videos that will show you how. Speed will depend on the lowest among the ethernet cable and the ethernet adaptors that you have.

Hi, Well, there are plenty of ways actually. I used a special tool transfer files from pc to pc windows 10 more info ? It is called Softros LAN Messenger. We use it at the office mostly to send attachments to each other over Wi-Fi connection. Very handy and no bags. Highly recommended
