Combine. The Mississippi State product — who moved over to the defense after
being a former tight end recruit at Michigan State — is meeting with NFL teams
and media at the Bulldogs’ Pro Day on Wednesday as he continues to gain traction

impressive 6-foot-6 and 260 pounds:Interestingly, Sweat put up those numbers
after his medical checks at the Combine revealed a minor heart condition.
However, the league doctors still cleared him to work out after those
examinations, and NFL teams seem largely unconcerned about the condition.In
addition to his testing results, Sweat’s production in Starkville and his
experience in a hybrid scheme should intrigue teams up and down the draft. He
recorded 10.5 sacks as a junior before notching 12 more as a senior last year,
while Mississippi State used him from both a two- and three-point rushing
stance. All of these factors have combined to give Sweat legitimate buzz as a
