There are many reasons for deviation, the main reason is low installation accuracy and poor daily maintenance. In the process of installation, the head and tail rollers and intermediate rollers should be on the same center line and parallel to each other as far as possible to ensure that the conveyor belt is not deviated or less deviated. In addition, the belt joint should be correct, both sides of the perimeter should be the same.
In the process of use, if there is a deviation, the following check to determine the reason, to adjust.
The parts and treatment methods of conveyor belt deviation inspection are as follows:
1. Check the non-coincidence degree between the transverse center line of the idler and the longitudinal center line of the belt conveyor. If the non-coincidence degree is more than 3mm, it should be adjusted by using the long mounting holes on both sides of the idlers. The specific method is which side the conveyor belt is inclined to, which side of the idlers moves forward in the direction of the conveyor belt, or the other side moves backward.
2. Check the deviation value of the two planes of the head and tail frame mounting bearing pedestal. If the deviation of two planes is greater than 1mm, the two planes shall be adjusted in the same plane. The adjustment method of the head drum is.if the conveyor belt runs to the right side of the drum, the bearing housing on the right side of the drum should move forward or the left bearing housing should move backward; If the conveyor belt of block making machine deviates to the left side of the drum, the bearing housing on the left side of the drum shall move forward or the right bearing housing shall move backward. The adjustment method of tail drum is opposite to that of head drum.
3. Check the position of materials on the conveyor belt. Material in the conveyor belt of
low price concrete block making machine stock cross section is not in the middle, will lead to conveyor belt deviation. If the material is to the right, the belt is to the left, and vice versa. Make the material as centered as possible when using. In order to reduce or avoid this kind of conveyor belt deviation can increase the baffle plate, change the direction and position of the material.
