As a working mom, I’m all about easy in terms of dinnertime.
After all, I have two traders — ages 6 in addition to 3 — who I’m trying maintain with. Plus I'm also looking for time to keep up with my housework, do homework and prepare something nutritious (and delicious) for my family to savor.
One such favorite meal is barbecue chicken skewers, which we throw within the grill to cook. They may be to die for. Really.
And they are favored things to make. The only work you really should want to do is in the preparation time — cutting up chicken, wrapping the poultry in bacon (yes, bacon) plus cutting up your fruit and vegetables.

 • 1 pound chicken
• Bacon
• 1 bunch environmentally friendly onions
• 12 ounces mushrooms
• Barbecue sauce
• Bamboo skewers
Directions:
1. Take half twelve skewers and soak these in water for about Half-hour.
2. While they’re soaking, cut a pound of bird into 1-inch chunks.
A FEW. Chop green onions straight into long pieces. Slice bacon strips into 3 to 4 inch strips.
4. Thread a green onion as well as a mushroom onto your initial skewer. Wrap a peel of bacon around a chicken chunk, and thread that onto the skewer. Repeat until you’ve used up all your ingredients.
