hey, does anyone know a good site where i can actually text/SMS someone in Pakistan?

i know the Mobilink chatting site, but the other person has to be on their mobile at the time.

i just wanna know how i can just SMS the person from the net and then the next time they get their mobile on, they can see my message.

and on ufone 1st the person accept ur chat offer by repling y to the server then
u'll be abel to chat with him
