arighty ppl lets have some streching classes here ... its gud for all those who work .. study and are having a hard time ... to have a mental relaxation streching will make u at ease

stretching is good for both men and women to relax their muscles and have a gud start for work

so lets start of with some basic stretching of the neck ..

Neck Rolls


Either sitting or standing. Drop chin down to chest, then keeping chin down close to body, roll neck from shoulder to shoulder in a smooth controlled motion. Side to side 10 times.


Neck Holds

best done while seated .. sit down on a chair and put ur left hand on the head in a way that ur hand reaches the right ears .. then pull ur head with ur hand in the left direction, then similarly hold the head with the right hand .(that ur hand reaches the left ear ) and pull it on the right hand side ..


this would make ur neck muscles feel realy gud .. try it out and feel the tention get out of your body
