It’s not totally uncommon for division rivals to trade with one another, but it’s not a normal thing either. In fact, the Bears and
Lions have no trade history between the two franchises, according to an

That being said, these two teams are in a unique spot. The Bears are desperate to find a long-term solution at quarterback, and the Lions
are looking at a potential roster overhaul. The Bears were in on a
Matthew Stafford trade earlier this offseason, so maybe the two teams
can find a way to reconnect.Moving up with the Lions may cost an arm and
a leg, but Ryan Pace is a man who’s willing to spend his assets. With
the potential of Justin Fields or Trey Lance wearing the navy and
orange, the Bears could afford to empty the farm with the Lions. We’ll
