It’s not totally uncommon for division rivals to trade with one another, but it’s not a normal thing either. In fact, the Bears and
Lions have no trade history between the two franchises, according to an

That being said, these two teams are in a unique spot. The Bears are desperate to find a long-term solution at quarterback, and the Lions
are looking at a potential roster overhaul. The Bears were in on a
Matthew Stafford trade earlier this offseason, so maybe the two teams
