Finland is ranked as the happiest countryslot168in the world for the fourth year in a row according to the 2021 World Happiness Report, sponsored by the United Nations. while Thailand ranks 54th and is second only to Singapore in ASEAN.

According to the survey, the 5 happiest countries are in Europe. Finland holds the title for the fourth year in a row, followed by Denmark (2), Switzerland (3), Iceland (4) and the Netherlands (5).
New Zealand fell ninth. But it is the only country outside of Europe that made the top 10 along with other countries. Four other countries: Norway (6), Sweden (7), Luxembourg (8) and Austria (10.).
Germany rose from 17th to 13th place this year, while France climbed two spots to 21st in the world, in contrast to Britain's fall from 13th to 17th.
The United States fell to 19th place in the world, while China ranks 84th.
