The website The News Each Day has a simple tool where you can input your phone number and see if it’s in the leak.

All you need to do to check is input your phone number without any
hyphens or periods. You also need to include the international country
code at the beginning. For example, if you’re used to seeing your phone
number in this form, 555-212-0000, you should get rid of the hyphens and
add the digit “one” in front.

I had a similar case, but I don't absolutely distrust unfamiliar calls.

I think it's impossible to avoid data leaks while surfing on sites like Facebook, Twitter, etc. It seems to me that such sites use special applications such as http://numbertrackerpro.com . For me, this is unacceptable, of course, when your personal data leaks into the network and every user can easily use them. I think there is a simple solution to this question - using VPN applications through which you can hide your location and data from other users. Try to take my advice and save your data if you value them so much. Good luck!
