well i had the same problem but it was through nightmares, i seen a srink he said i was sane (i got a certificate for it and a lollypop

well they offered me sleeping pills but i know of people getting hooked i'am only 19 so naturally sleeping is best option

go into Holland and Barret and look for
health and heather
night time fruit and herbal infusion

the stuff is sour as hell but leave the tea bag in and let it drink it, dont add any sweetner

and then pass out
