Cold War
Meera had a heated exchange with Resham over the phone when she came to know that Indian director Mahesh Bhatt had signed Resham for his film.

Meera felt that she was the only Pakistani actress who had access to Bhatt after starring in Nazar and having been signed on for another film by Bhatt.

Busy days ahead
Reema has her hands full. The actress will be seen in Dulhan Bantee Hain Nasibonwalian and One Two Ka One, both of which are directed by Altaf Husain.

One Two Ka One will have Shaan and Reema together on screen after 7 years. She will also shoot for Iqbal Kashmiri's Devdas, in which she plays Chandramukhi. Following that she will head to India to scout for actors for her next film.

Trying his luck again
Aadil Murad has signed on for a new film titled Tum Se Pyar Hai that's to be directed by Parvez Kalim. Murad will start shooting for the film in a couple of months.

The actor, son of yesteryears actor Waheed, was being seen in television serials and is getting back to films after more than two years (his last release was his debut Raja Sahib, which was a flop).

Free as a bird
Rose is free to take on new film offers. The actress had signed a bond with director Altaf Hussain stating that she would not work on other films until she had finished working on Hussain's project Buss Merey Hee Rehna, which is now complete.

The film is Rose's debut. She has already received a few offers, but wishes to wait for the response that Hussain's film and her efforts generate.

Nooran revs up
Nooran Lal will launch her next music album soon. Lal's past albums have sold in record numbers and she also replaced her idol Naseebo in many films as the background female singer of choice. The singer has also gained a lot in popularity in Punjab, where her albums are sellouts.
