A loving simple girl
lives her whole life pleasing people,
taking care of them and making them happy.

Im the type of girl
to be kind to even strangers.
I respect others and treat them the way I want
to be treated.

But I've gotten to the point in my life...
were I have become awfully sad inside.
My lifes eating me away inside.

Yesss...I dont know whats come over me.
But All I know is...
its not fair for me to be making others happy
when I aint happy inside myself.

This is really hard for me. I've never felt any trial
harder than this one.

It just becomes more difficult
because no one is understnading
where IM coming from.

I hate to reach out for help...
because I like to rely on myself

I dont wanna get attached...
but why do I??

makes things
tough!

Lifes complicated...

just like the dance moves in
dance class...

I get frustrated...
n furious.

Trying to understand
and being patient
Im getting by.

WHy?

I wiSH
thingS Were Sweeter...

or my pathway
had elss thorns
to stumble upon
and bleed.

dont worry one in 3 of us suffer from it

its a part of life

now rule number one you have to love yourself before you can give to others

try taking some time out and just set targets, i know giving to others is a natural high but if u proceed to take some time out it makes you feel better

we got a beautyfull Victorian park in cardiff called Roath, with a lake and trees and stuff

i always go their for a walk when i am feeling low

you need to find your own way to re charge
