My simple answer to this question is it does not matter whether the mother is working or a homemaker. the one who is more grateful towards the husband and contributes without levering up her contributions towards the family regardless of her status is a better mother (to family and ummah).

In contrast, the ingratitude mother who despite contributing more towards the family (and ummah) but is ingrateful towards the husband and likes to reiterate her contributions excessively.

well,its a matter of opinion both working and nonworking women can be qually contributing if they truly realise what their priorities are.
everyone expects a wife to be gratefull towards husband,a husband must also be gratefull towards his wife,if she is taking good care of his family and childern.

You cannot generalize this. You will need to take this case by case basis. You can easily find the instances where a working mom is more contributing to the family than the home maker mom. The same is true in reverse.

What exactly are you trying to figure out?

i think it depends on the financial problems if it is too hard to survive with in a persons salary only and there is no one to work for the family then the mother is allowed to work outside but the main place for a mother is her home her childeren her husband her prayers and alot

agar paison ki zaroorat nahi hai to work for an ngo or do anyyything,, bahir ja k logon ki madad karo,, chahe to poore muhalle ki safai karo
but damnnnnn do something

more than half day husband is not at home,, children are in schools/college/univ
khana pakane liye max 1hr chaiye hota hai
aur prayers mardon pe bhi itni hi farz hein jitni aurton pe
peeche kya bachta hai
