Dane Fox scored twice for Erie (21-4-1), while Spencer Abraham, Dylan Strome, Michael Curtis and Connor McDavid each added a single. The win gives the Otters a two-point lead on the Storm atop the Midwest Division. Matt Finn, Jason Dickinson, Ryan Horvat and Brody Milne replied for the Storm (19-5-3) during the seven-goal third period. Otters goaltender Devin Williams stopped 31 shots. In the Storm net, Justin Nichols was pulled after giving up three goals on 27 shots. He was replaced by Matthew Mancina, who allowed another three goals on just nine shots.
