Immediately after the pass, Powers put both hands on his head. Colorado (7-5-5) scored in the 59th minute when Marvell Wynne curled in a cross to Vicente Sanchez that went in off Columbus defender Eric Gehrig for an own goal. Columbus (4-5-8) has played to four straight ties.
