GK
It depends on what type of defenders you have..if you have short defenders who might not be very good in heading,then you might need a gk with good REFLEXES..eg- Buffon,LLoris,Navas etc And if you have tall defenders who are very good in standing tackling..your opponent might start shooting from distance and in that case you would require Tall GK with good POSITIONING and DIVING..eg- Courtois,Nuer,Begovic etc
CB
For the left and right CB, you will need the usual CB's with decent stats all around..They've got to have decent pace on them,just incase you get countered.. I would recommend putting ANCHOR in your left and right cb's..Ideal work rate would be med/high. If you need some fifa 17 coins, just go to our site.
Your CENTRAL CB is the CORE of your team!!!This is the CB that will be the one to charge upfront and try to take the ball early and also help in little bit of build up play..Ideal workrates would be HIGH/MED..Eg- Ramos,David luiz,Thaigo Silva,Bailly etc
WINGBACKS
Can be Fullbacks or wide midfielders who are Fast,Pacey with decent strength and passing would be perfect..Eg- Cuadrado,Sissokho,Bellerin,Alba,Walker etc..
TWO CM'S
These guys are the one's who will do the most running in your squad...they will go up and down aiding the attack and defense..so a midfielder with high stamina and good allround stats is the ideal ideal choice..One of them will be little attacking than the other...Eg- Pogba/Kante, Vidal/Renato, Naingolan/Pjanic etc
CAM
Another crucial player for this team..needs to do everything in terms of attacking...passing,shooting,dribbling, pushing off defenders,linking up with defenders...basically everything in attack relies on the CAM! A medium height CAM with good strength,80+vision and dribbling with decent long shot stats is perfect for this position...Few examples- Firmino,Pogba,Payet,Ben Arfa,De bruyne etc etc..
STRIKERS
You need to get Pacey and Strong strikers to get the best out of this formation...You don't want sluggish players like benzema or lukaku as that will slow down your counter attack!Key stat is POSITIONING and AGGRESSION...Put left footed striker on left ST and right footed on the right side! Examples- Vardy,Bakambu,Martial,Auba,Niang etc etc..
