Well, in the MMQB's all-time mock draft, Dan Fouts did that to the most extreme extent. According to Alex Reimer of WEEI, Fouts chose punter Ray Guy over Brady with his first round choice:

The choice is inexplicable on so many levels, but here's the weirdest part: Guy punted 1,049 times in his career. Brady has
