Davante Adams was one of the http://www.steelersprosale.com/coty-sensabaugh-jerseys-c-1_90.html heroes in the Green Bay Packers 35-31 victory over the Dallas Cowboys, catching two touchdown passes including the game-winner. But what's amazing is how he was able to play after he suffered a huge helmet-to-helmet hit from Chicago Bears linebacker Danny Trevathan over a week ago.
After the game against the Cowboys, Adams spoke to the media about the hit and he said he remembers everything about it.
"I had a brief moment where I was a little loopy out there and didn't really remember things until I got into the hospital and things started coming back to me, and I felt good," Adams said per Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com. "No headaches or anything throughout the week and I obviously felt like I was able to come out and perform at a high level."
Adams then went on to say that Trevathan apologized and the two talked via text messages last week. He also believes the Bears linebacker shouldn't be considered a dirty player but he also said the hit was not needed.

"I wouldn't say he's a dirty player at all," Adams said to Demovsky. "Over the week you hear a lot about different people's inputs. It's definitely unnecessary. You don't want those type of hits in the game. He's not that type of guy. It was a http://www.officialsteelersprosale.com/daimion-stafford-jerseys-c-1_39.html mistake and I guess that's why they allowed him to appeal."
Trevathan was originally suspended for two games, but he was able to get it down to one as he won his appeal. Trevathan did not get fined for the hit.
