Muammar Rana, who has replaced Sanjay Dutt in debutant director Shashi Ranjan's Dobaara, was in the city shooting at Worli's Mikanos. Mahima Chaudhary plays the female lead in the film. Muammar Rana also called the Akshay Kumar of Pakistan, was visibly excited that he was the first Pakistan based actor to play the lead in an Hindi film. But tease him about the Akshay Kumar bit and he says that he prefers to be known as Muammar Rana. "The Pakistan film industry is very small. The films are made on low-budgets. Compared to our films, Hindi films are made on a huge canvas. But with Javed Shiekh's Yeh Dil Hua Aapka being accepted internationally I guess Pakistan films are gradually gaining footage," he said. But Rana has no intentions of shifting base to Mumbai. "Lahore is home for me. I will come to Mumbai only when I have some good offers," he said.
