howdee people .. this is really interestin .. try it .. n u'll thank me.. the thing is before u go to sleep give urself a couple of mins.. think about the day .. how u spend it .. analyse the way u spend it.. think about the good n the bad deeds .. appreciate ur self on ur good deeds n try to do them next day .. while u should b ashamed on ur bad deeds .. n u should feel sorry for them.. try not to do them next day .. n check whether u missed any of ur duties.. if u did all of them .. u should b proud of urself .. n if u didn't .. u should make a note of them n try not missin those duties the next day .. these duties includes 5 times prayer .. ur studies.. or anything included in ur assigned duties.. make a "to do list" for ur next day n DON'T FORGET THEM!! .. planning for ur next day really helps u ..
trust me i have tried it.. u'll have a hard time doin it in the beginning but once u get the hang of it.. u have mastered THE ART OF CHECKING UR SELF.. 'n u will enjoy doin it .. try to make ur "to do list" easy in the beginning n afterwards make it a bit tough.. so on and so forth.. and as u master this "SLEEP CHECK" art.. ur life will b disciplined ..
