has anyone heard abt this new show from ARY?
its a joint pakistan-india version of american idol. contestants will battle it out in a singing competition and the winner will get a contract with bollywood (2 sing 4 movies).
the judges are STRINGS (bilal maqsood,faisal kapadia) and SAJAAD ALI!!
the contest started in september in dubai, and the final is on november 19th where 6 finalists from pak and 6 finalists from UAE will go head 2 head. there will be 1 male winner and 1 female winner.

Apart from the star studded list nominees in various categories, this year's awards will present the biggest gathering of stars of Asian music from Bollywood and Pakistan including: AR Rehman, Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Sunidhi Chauahan, Shankar Mahadevan, Shreya Ghoshal, Kunal Ganjawala Udit Narayan, Anand Raaj Anand, Sandeep Chawta, Harry Anand, Strings, Fuzon, Ali Zafar, Sajjad Aji and host of others. The nominations for the Bollywood Asian Music Awards event will be announced in the first week of October.
