1. The Feeding Equipment
Its feeding is generally accomplished by a small vibrating feeder, for the mobile crushing station cannot employ a large-size feeding machine like the ground production lines. In front of the feeding mouth of the primary crusher, there is generally equipped with an independent feeder machine, with the purpose of feeding the ore materials into the crushing cavity according to the crusher's processing speed. When the production capacity is large, we can use a heavy-duty plate feeder which has a larger feeding particle size. For the medium-fine crushing and screening line, in order to guarantee the uniformity of feeding, it also need to configure an appropriate feeding device. And in actual production, this function is usually complete by belt conveyor.
2. The Crushing Equipment
Crushing equipment is not merely an important equipment of mobile crushing station, but its core equipment. 3. The Screening Equipment
It generally use circular vibrating screen and multilayer vibrating screen to separate different stones in different particle sizes one-off. The inappropriate stones after screening can be sent to the crushing equipment by belt conveyor to break again, thus forming a circuit.
4. The Conveying System
The conveying system in the mobile crushing station plays three functions. The first is to convey ores in all levels of sand crushing and screening equipment; The second is to send the broken stones back to crusher in the circuit; The last is to send the finished products to different sites for stacking in terms of different grades .
