China's abrasives industry has long been fully open to the outside world, and the domestic market has long realized the
globalization of tool procurement. The cutting piece presents six
characteristics in the current tool industry in China. To raise the tool industry, we must strive to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry from these six
aspects and shorten the gap between the entire tool industry and the world

First, the physical structure of the grinding tool is improved, such as increasing the number of abrasive grains per
unit time, increasing the average length of the grinding and increasing the
grinding contact surface, which changes the amount of grinding per unit time,

Second, the application of superhard abrasive mainly refers to the use of superhard materials such as metal powder,
the metal oxide or CBN as fillers, and the use of resin, ceramic or metal bond to
make abrasive tools. At present, the polishing sheet has been widely recognized
for its high precision and high efficiency grinding effect by superhard
abrasives.
Third, new abrasive tools have emerged, such as micron-sized polycrystalline ceramic microcrystalline abrasives, fine
diamond abrasive spherical shell abrasives, and superfine polishing polyester
film tapes. These new abrasives have their own characteristics, and the polishing
sheet gives the advantages of grinding and processing to the fullest.
