history. Actually, despite having 2232 more pass attempts than John Hadl, Rivers
is 39 interceptions behind Hadl to be 3rd in team history for interceptions. In
fact, Rivers has the lowest interception % of any passer in Chargers history
that has attempted more than 60 passes for the team, and he’s attempted 6872. We
have all been extremely luck to have been able to witness Rivers’ career, and
even more lucky that his career has been in a Chargers uniform. Philip doesn’t
have any rings (yet) but he is far and away the best passer in Chargers history,
and every game continues to climb the rankings of best passers in League
history. Meanwhile, Dan Fouts is the best Charger in history at throwing
interceptions. And based on his game commentary on TV, it’s not surprising he
