well...it all depends...i dunno..could be thousands of reasons...for example...maybe that person is not in situation to contact u? or maybe, like u said, missing someone but can't talk to that person? why not? it's possible that maybe that person is also missing u but can;t talk to u...? i dunno...times change, things change...and people...well, i guess ppl change too with time...
