Omega-3 essential fatty acids are thought to calm people during time of pressure. try to include salmon, tuna, herring, sardines, mackerel, so on in ur diet at least twice a week.

INstead of chocolate have fruit instead. Cause natural sugars slowly release into the body supplying energy.

Also fruits have immunity boosting vitamins that are needed during stressful times.

eat vitamin b
like whole grains, dried beans, peas, beans, eggs, seafood, lean meat, and nuts in ur diet.

eat calcuim rich foods cause they help reduce tension
like green leafy veggies, seeds, tofu, dairy products.

eating sugary foods because it can make stress worse...like candy bars, cakes, cookies.

no caffiene...soda, tea, coffee, It takes up the iron in ur body as well as magnesium and calcium.
GOOD ALTERNATIVE is fruit and herbal teas.

no alcohol, or cigerettes.

HEY DOLLY, I HAVE A PROB......RECENTLY ME HAS BEEN UNDER ALOT OF PRESSURE AND STRESS, I TEND 2 GET HEADACHES, BUT WHAT IS WORRYING ME MORE IS MY HAIR, MY HAIR HAS BECOME A LITTLE DRY AND BREAKS EASILY, WHEN WASHING AND COMBING THEY FALL OUT.

i have another topic posted here. I talked alot about hair. Check that one out.

Umm...yeah hair is a problem. I actually got my hair permed. I regret it now. Cause the chemicals they put in your hair and the shampoos you use after are no good.

Do you dye your hair....or is in natural.

Yeah stress is a big problem. Try different things that might help you relieve stress like relaxing music, bubble bath, exercise, dance(helps me), eating a healthy diet.

If you are stressed and your eating junk food you'll stress even more.

I think its vitamin C your body lacks when your stressing.
