I am trying to migrate the PST files to office 365.
Initially was using the PST import service by Microsoft but unable to proceed as it keeps giving an error when I go to import page " The Import service for your region has not been rolled out yet. Please check back after rollout is announced." I am in UK and I did a successful migration 2 weeks back using the same tool. Raised this with Microsoft, they said they are aware of this issue and are working on it.
So trying to use PST Capture but it doesn't seem to be very reliable. I tried to import one user's PST and due to some reason it only imports the deleted item folder but no data in it and no other folders & data are imported.
Has anyone else had same issues, please share the resolution.
