Bad times are upon us and so many people have had their lives turned upside down... We're heading into a new Great Depression and troubles just seem to pile up more and more. Yet so many people seem to miss the point when it comes to spending time alone.
I believe that we shouldn't view time alone as something bad, "m'kay?" Time alone is gold. It's when can grow by ourselves. It's when the good stuff happens. At least that's what I think.
I'm very much into boosting my cognitive abilities, but hey, that's just me. Although I really think it's the best thing we can do so that when this is all over, we can come stronger than ever back into the game of life.
I think we should all improve our immunity by exercising and dieting and improve our mental capacity by becoming better at what we do.
