Vishal Meghnani, who holds an important position in the apparel brand Provogue, was arrested for possession of cocaine.
He has apparently admitted to the police that he bought drugs for owner Salil Chaturvedi,who in turn would give it out to the likes of Fardeen Khan, Ken Ghosh and other actors. Investigations are ongoing.
When asked about the recent Provogue drug scandal where an ex-employee of the apparels brand named Fardeen Khan as one of the clients who procured drugs, the actor remarked, "I am innocent. I am in no way involved. If necessary, I can prove it in the court."
