Is the feature PayPal link bank account not working? This could happen due to several reasons. Please verify that you haven't linked the same bank account with your PayPal account already. Or, there is a possibility that the same bank account has been linked to another PayPal account. If you are sure that you are not violating any terms of PayPal, then go to the “wallet" section and click on “Link a bank" to add your bank account to it.
