LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has started preparations to launch the first sports channel of the country, as Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) President Lt Gen Arif Hasan has consented to hold the top post.

PCB Chairman Shahryar Muhammad Khan talking with Geo said he discussed establishment of a TV sports channel in Pakistan with POA chief Gen Arif Hasan and called their meeting successful.

He said details regarding the sports channel would be discussed in a meeting after Eid.
