There are werewolf enemies scattered all over Tamriel, but only certain werewolves can spread the curse on you. You'll have to travel to Reaper's March, Rift, or Bangkorai to find these special werewolves. They'll spawn outside in all three areas at night, so keep your eyes peeled as you go on your adventures.

To get infected you have to let these enemies scratch you with their attacks. The chances of being cursed by a werewolf are slim, but it's definitely the only way to go without spending money or crowns.

Let another werewolf player grab you

When you're ready to spend some eso gold, you can ask an
other player to infect you. To do this, you need to go to one of the three areas mentioned above, the werewolf shrine.

You can find a shrine in the northern part of March in Bangkorai and Reaper, and the shrine of The Rift on the east side of the area map.

You will usually find players willing to be willing to infect you with werewolves, but some players will ask for cheap eso gold or certain rare items in return. If you can't find anyone in the sanctuary, check the guild finder to see if there is a guild specifically for werewolf scratches.
