Love cooking ! It makes me happy to feed the people in my life. So I'll start a thread down here for whatever I might be making and feel like
sharing with you fine folks. I'll start with a picture I already had in
my phone of some brownies I made for the wife and kids.
I do my cooking in cast iron. That particular skillet is an "ERIE" #12
(Griswold/Selden) that was cast between 1892 - 1905. Made in
Pennsylvania !
