Researchers have found the best point of sleep: 6-8 hours of sleep is the most beneficial for heart health. The findings were presented last August at ESC Congress 2018 by lead researcher Dr Epameinondas Fountas, from the Onassis Cardiac Surgery Center in Greece, adding:

“We spend a third of our lives sleeping. joker But we know little about the impact of biological needs on the cardiovascular system.”
The study looked at the relationship between sleep duration and cardiovascular disease using a statistical analysis tool to compile previous studies on the same topic. The analysis included 11 prospective studies of more than one million (1,000,541) adults without cardiovascular disease published within the past five years.

Compared to the reference group as follows

short-term group, less than 6 hours
One group had more than 8 hours of sleep.
Group sleeping in the 6-8 hour period
The researchers found that the first two groups were at higher risk of developing the disease or dying from coronary artery disease. or cerebrovascular disease compared to adults who slept 6-8 hours per night. Short-term and long-term sleepers had an 11% and 33% higher risk, respectively, of developing or dying from coronary artery disease. or vascular disease d during the mean follow-up period of 9.3 years.
This is another study that supports the impact of sleep on health. Too much or too little sleep can put us at risk of unexpected serious illnesses. Will focus on the matter of eating and exercising. Sleep is another important basis for health care.
