I know according to sahih bukari hadith tere are 3 types of dreams

one 4m Allah SWT-good dreams

one 4m Shaitan-bad dreams

one 4m ONEself-its when your mind is thinking about too many things at
once...(this type of dream is niether 4m Allah (swt) or shaitain.)

maybe because you think about your fears, like you said if you're thinking about something it comes in your dreams.

but could dreaming about your fears also be from shaitan? since that is an unpleasent/bad dream.
