acha abhi hamari one hour lunch ka time ho gya hae so i am gonna head for gym (aj kal hum khoob exercise ker rahay hain to get atleast 4-pack )

body to hae per 2-pack se zayada ban ne ka nam he nahi le rahay..kher...aj kal mae ne bhi kafi zoor-o-shoor se gym start kya hoa hae..twice a day for 1 hour each

yar shock badra ata hai do din watay uthata hon hath hi nahin hiltay or na hi arnold jitni body banti hai phit kyia fiada.
yar main to mazak kar raha tha tum serious hi hogaye bhala ab is umer main main kahan ladrnay jogha hon.
