Rename the QBW.INI file to fix QuickBooks Runtime Error

QBW.INI is the file used by QuickBooks to store the initialization information. The [u]QBW.INI file[/u] name could be changed with the parameters. After renaming the QBW.INI file, the new file extension will resolve the QuickBooks runtime error.
