Visit the Airport Utility download page and click on "Download Airport Utility for Windows. Click Download. Now, click AirPortSetup.exe. Select Next and then select "I accept the terms in the license agreement" and click Next. Select Next. Select Install. After this, you will have to select Yes twice, when prompted by the User Account Control window. Select Finish and then click the Start button. Type Airport. Select Airport Utility. Check the box next to "Private networks, such as my home or work network."
