Files.fm. The most minimalistic design you can find. 
Dropmefiles. Another free file hosting service. 
Another good hosting is https://app.gumroad.com/l/keep2share-premium . It has a large capacity and good conditions. 
But it's worth considering your preferences and requirements when choosing a hosting.

I don't think free hosting will be good for website work. I would prefer to choose a good but paid hosting, as this way I will be sure of its quality
