Start by clicking on create or adding a new button that will create a new port forwarding rule on the Arris router. Now, enter the static IP address along with the port to forward. Choose UDP or TCP on the Arris router; and enter 0.0.0.0 infield, and it is the external IP address. After that, make sure to enable the checkbox to be selected. Lastly, tap to save when finished.
