Here is ur answer dude u r not a part of managment in other word its none of ur business its a management decision.so u just stay out of this

then mr moderator, why is this section even here? it;s cuz if we have question we ask, and i was wondering why r there so many mods? i am not questioning k honay chahye k nahi..all i am asking is that what;s the advantage of having so many mods

first of all ...

"King of JB" is no more Senior Mod.

2ndly

Answer of yours question is ...

yes there are so many mods and yours point is they are not such regular as they supposed to be ...

so hum sab mil kar sochty hein k ... kiya acha hona chahiye JB k liye .... and you r v.true k Mods should be regular ...

so lets see

We'll re-organize our set up in order to maintain ... our stander....

and i must say thanks to

Maryam , sohni kudi and many others members who'd given their valuable comments.

and now i'll make it sure k koi topic ... with out any valid reason lock nahi hoon.

and

last but not least

i'm going to make a new topic ... named "Help Line"

so we will answer each one in real time ... so lets see if this idea do work for good :) ...
