Web-development tasks

So here's the situation, the company I work for decided to get me through a stupid advanced training program with a stress on the word stupid. I don't mind getting relevant skills, but they want me to get through web development. And I just don't feel like doing all these tasks, I can, but it will take the time I don't want to spend. So where can I find people that will do it for me?
