d)do you think that u have been fullfilling all ur reponsibilties in terms of fulllfiling da human rights. how well did u do it? or do u think there is a lot more to be done regarding dis thing. do u have to be more progressive person as compare to past?

there are few things i always keep in my mind before taking any decision.

1. Nature of Problem
2. Nature of Specific Member.

and if i found him/her Nice and think dat concern member can change him self positively I give him chance and when i realized he can't be changed then there's no chance for him.

and some time i tolrate unless dat one behave well.
